This notice applies to trevisystems.com and to inquiries you send us through it or through the email addresses and phone number published on it. The data controller is Trevi Systems, Inc., 1500 Valley House Dr, Suite 130, Rohnert Park, CA 94928, United States.

It does not cover information we handle under a separate agreement with you, such as a commercial contract, a non-disclosure agreement, a pilot or evaluation program, an investor process, or employment and recruiting. Those relationships carry their own terms, and those terms govern. It also does not cover sites we link to, including partner, customer, and news sites, each of which publishes its own notice.

Information you give us. The contact form asks for your name, your email address, your company (optional), the type of inquiry you are making, and your message. If you email or call us instead, we receive whatever you choose to include, including any attachments. We do not ask for payment details, government identifiers, or any special category of data through this site, and you should not send them.

Information collected automatically. Our hosting and security providers process the ordinary technical data a web request carries: your IP address, browser and device type, the page you requested, the time of the request, and the referring page. This is what allows a page to be delivered and abuse to be blocked.

Two specifics worth naming. When you submit the contact form we store the path of the page you were reading when you submitted it, so we know which part of the site prompted the inquiry. Your IP address is checked against a short-lived, in-memory limit that caps how many submissions one connection can make in ten minutes, and it is discarded when that window expires. It is not stored alongside your inquiry.

This site sets no login, no account, and no user profile. There is nothing here for you to register for.

We use what you send to answer your inquiry, to route it to the right people at Trevi, and to continue the conversation that follows, whether that is technical, commercial, media, or partnership related. Where you have asked us to keep you informed, we use your contact details for that purpose until you tell us to stop.

We use technical request data to operate the site, keep it available, diagnose faults, and defend it against spam and automated abuse.

We use information to meet legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims where that becomes necessary.

We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

As published on September 16, 2026, this site runs no analytics package, no tag manager, no advertising or retargeting pixels, no session replay, and no social media trackers. Nothing on these pages follows you to another site.

Strictly necessary cookies may be set by our hosting infrastructure for security, routing, and load balancing, and by the content management system for staff who sign in to edit the site. These are required for the site to function and carry no advertising purpose.

Because no cross-site tracking takes place, there is no sale or sharing to opt out of, and browser signals such as Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track have nothing here to disable. If we later add analytics or any third-party script that collects information about you, we will update this notice before it goes live and add the consent controls the relevant law requires.

Service providers. We use vendors to run this site and our business communications: website hosting, a managed database, cloud file storage, email and calendaring, and customer relationship tooling. They process personal information only on our instructions, under contracts that restrict them to that purpose.

Professional advisors. Lawyers, accountants, auditors, and insurers, where they need the information to advise us.

Legal and safety. We disclose information where we are required to by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order, and where disclosure is necessary to investigate abuse of the site or to protect the rights and safety of Trevi, our people, or others.

Corporate transactions. If Trevi is involved in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this notice or a successor notice with comparable protections.

Trevi Systems is based in California, and the providers that host this site, its database, and its media files store that data in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, including from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, the information you send is transferred to and processed in the United States, where data protection law differs from that of your home country.

Where that transfer requires a safeguard under applicable law, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or another lawful transfer mechanism, together with the contractual and technical measures described in this notice.

For visitors covered by the GDPR or UK GDPR, we process personal information on the following bases. Our legitimate interests, in responding to business inquiries, maintaining a record of our commercial correspondence, and keeping the site secure and functioning. Steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, where your inquiry concerns a possible project or agreement. Your consent, where you have volunteered information or asked to receive communications from us, which you may withdraw at any time. Compliance with a legal obligation, where one applies.

Inquiries sent through this site are kept for as long as the resulting relationship is active, and afterward for as long as we may reasonably need them for commercial follow-up, dispute resolution, or legal and tax obligations. Correspondence that leads nowhere is reviewed periodically and deleted or anonymized.

Technical request and security logs are retained only for the limited period our hosting providers hold them, which is measured in days to months rather than years.

You can ask us to delete an inquiry sooner. We will do so unless we are required to keep it, and we will tell you if that is the case.

The site is served over encrypted connections. Submissions are stored in an access-controlled database, and administrative access to the content management system is limited to named Trevi staff and the contractors who maintain the site. We review these controls as the site changes. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

One practical note. A web form is not a confidential channel. Please do not send proprietary process data, feed-water chemistry you are not free to disclose, commercially sensitive terms, or anything else covered by a confidentiality obligation through this site. Tell us what subject you want to discuss and we will arrange a suitable channel, under a non-disclosure agreement where that is appropriate.

In the twelve months before the date of this notice, the categories of personal information this site collects are identifiers such as your name and email address, professional or employment-related information such as your company, commercial information in the content of your inquiry, and internet or network activity such as your IP address and the pages you requested. Each is collected for the purposes described above, is disclosed only to the categories of recipient listed above, and is neither sold nor shared for cross-context behavioral advertising.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA as amended by the CPRA gives you the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it, to receive a copy of it, to correct inaccurate information, to delete it, to opt out of sale or sharing, to limit the use of sensitive personal information, and not to be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights. We do not sell or share personal information, and we do not collect sensitive personal information through this site, so those two opt-outs have no effect here.

Residents of Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, and other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights of access, correction, deletion, and portability, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling, none of which we carry out. Where your state provides one, you also have the right to appeal a decision we make on your request.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@trevisystems.com with "Privacy request" in the subject line, or write to us at the address at the end of this notice. We will ask for enough information to verify that the request is yours, and we will use what you give us only to handle the request. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written proof of their authority.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to have inaccurate information corrected, to have it erased, to restrict or object to how we process it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent you have given without affecting processing carried out before you withdrew it.

Use the same contact details to make a request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your national supervisory authority, or with the Information Commissioner's Office in the United Kingdom, if you believe we have handled your information improperly. We would rather hear from you first and put it right.

This site addresses a professional and investor audience. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

We update this notice when the site or our practices change. The current version is dated September 16, 2026, and that date appears at the top of this page. Where a change materially affects how we handle information you have already sent us, we will take reasonable steps to tell you directly.
